- Cancellation Policy
- 2-10 guests: Must cancel 4 DAYS before picnic for full refund
- 11-20 guests: No refund
- 21-30 guests: No refund
- Reschedule Policy (2- 10 guests only)
- For 2-10 guests, one free reschedule is allowed if requested 48 hours before picnic
- Payment Policy (2- 10 guests only)
- Remaining balance is due 48 hours before picnic

- CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, RELOCATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY We reserve the right to change our cancellation policy at any time. You may request to cancel no later than 4 days for groups 2-10 guests prior to the scheduled date of the event. Guests greater than 10 are non-refundable. All approved event cancellations will be refunded of payments made in advance excluding the non-refundable deposit fee. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.We reserve the right to cancel the event with no refund if the client is more than 30 minutes late. We require 3 days written notice for rescheduling prior from the scheduled event date. Please note, the rescheduled date must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original event date. Our available dates are based upon current availability. Relocation requests must be received no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled event date. Please notify us to change your location. Last minute change requests cannot be honored, due to the lack of time to properly scout the location and accommodate changes. We cannot guarantee picnic setups will be secluded in community/public areas. We recommend scheduling your event in a private setting, i.e. indoor, backyard for complete privacy.
