  • 2-10 guests: No refund
  • 11-20 guests: No refund
  • 21-30 guests: No refund

  • Reschedule Policy (2- 10 guests only)
  • For 2-10 guests, one free reschedule is allowed if requested 48 hours before picnic

  • Payment Policy (2- 10 guests only)
  • Remaining balance is due 48 hours before picnic
  • For guests 11 or more, please see additional rules and contact vendor to discuss

  • Additional Rules
  • We understand that personal circumstances may change so we allow clients to reschedule a booking. Should you wish to cancel or postpone the event, you must notify us no later than 5 days before the scheduled event. There shall be NO refund of retainer after retainer is paid. Once a balance is paid, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and us. All arrangements will be put in writing and must be signed by both parties. Cancellation must be in writing even if a phone call was made to inform us of the cancellation. Cancellation Policy If event is cancelled by the client, no portion of the fees paid to us will be returned. If event is cancelled less than 5 days before date, client will be required to compensate for hours of service already rendered and loss of event date. Postponement Policy Should you wish to postpone, full credit of the amount paid will be credited toward a future date and must be rescheduled within 90 days from the original date of scheduled event. If client postpones the event less than 2 days before the event, we has the right to not reschedule and no refunds will be given. Weather Conditions Rescheduling is allowed for unpredictable and inclement weather conditions. If the forecast predicts bad weather conditions (extreme colds/winds) on the day of your event, we will allow you to reschedule the booking to any future available date within 90 days of your original booking. Please reach out to us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking to let us know you wish to reschedule.
